Return & Refund Policy

Filter Media Depot accepts returns for eligible US orders within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to non-defective returns, damaged items, defective items, and incorrect items.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days after the order is delivered. To start a return, email support@filtermediadepot.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.

Approved returns receive a free prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

New condition

Return condition

Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition with the original packaging, unless the return is approved by customer support because the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise needs review.

After receipt

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email support@filtermediadepot.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a free return label, replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened, used, installed, altered, or non-resellable items are not eligible for return unless customer support approves the return because of a product defect, shipping damage, incorrect shipment, or another order issue.
