Shipping costs
Economy shipping is $5.99 for orders shipped within the United States. Orders over $59.99 ship free.
Delivery
Delivery estimates
US economy shipping is usually 3 to 7 business days after processing. US expedited shipping is usually 2 to 4 business days, and US express shipping is usually 1 to 3 business days.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email support@filtermediadepot.com with your order number and photos of any damaged packaging or products.
Returns

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@filtermediadepot.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Unopened
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition with the original packaging unless customer support approves the return because the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise needs review.
Free label
Return shipping
Approved returns receive a free prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
After inspection
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email support@filtermediadepot.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a free return label, replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

How do I choose the right fleece roll?
Start with the roll width in millimeters, then confirm the roll length and your filter roller model. The Compatibility Guide lists common matching models.
What if I need a different fleece roll size?
We are actively adding replacement rolls for more filter roller models. Email support@filtermediadepot.com or use the contact form with your roller model, roll width, and any label information from your original roll.
What micron rating are the fleece rolls?
Roller-filter fleece works differently from rigid filter media, so micron ratings are best treated as a reference point rather than an exact measurement. Our rolls are listed as 100-150 micron equivalent for comparison.
